Cascadia is the bioregion between the Pacific Ocean
and the contental divide of North America. This complex bioregion is rich in biodiversity and anthrodiversity.
Cascadiana is just a term coined for this
site and falls into the collective cultural symbols, iconography, customs, folk art and semiotics from Cascadia. Cascadiana
is like the folk art, music and culture found in Americana and Canadiana, but in this specific case Cascadiana is very political
(or anarchistic), ecological, bioregional and other aspects that distinguishes Cascadians from Americans and Canadians.
